Lozz lives in Hong Kong with her husband and two beautiful children, a working mum, and one of the most disciplined, determined women we know.

Lauren recently completed Hyrox events in both Hong Kong and China—one of the most physically and mentally demanding competitions out there. And she made it look almost easy. But what inspires us most isn’t podium finishes, it’s the fact that she still shows up with heart, humility, and a huge grin.

Lauren's story isn’t about abs or PBs. It’s about consistency. Courage. Making choices every day that align with who you want to be, whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or you’re already 10 years in.
