Shipping Info

Orders placed by 2pm AEST will be processed that day, excluding weekends and public holidays, and will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment verification, pending stock availability. Orders placed after 2PM AEST will be processed the following day and shipped according to the speed of delivery you chose. Orders placed after 2PM AEST on Fridays will be processed the following business day.

 

Once your order had been dispatched, you will received a confirmation email with your tracking so you can keep an eye on your order. Please note that delivery times are an estimation only provided by our shipping providers. Delays in transit may occur which Tully Lou is not responsible for. 

 

All international orders are shipped with the DHL or Australia Post which will be forwarded on to your national postal service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Once an order is in transit, we may not be able to change the address, but we'll do our best

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed or you believe it may be lost, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it. In the meantime, please check the tracking information for any updates.
