RETURNS POLICY
All items must be returned back to us within days 30 days (within Australia) and 50 days (international) of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags attached. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post. We only offer store credits or refunds for returned items. If you are wanting to exchange your items, you will be given a store credit which you will be able to use towards your next order.
SALE ITEMS
Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items, (but if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault). Please email us if you have questions before you buy!
PAYMENT
We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express) Or Paypal. All credit card payments are processed through Stripe, you do not have to have a PayPal account to shop with us. Stripe and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). THIS MEANS ITS SAFE!
All personal info, address, email, credit card details MUST be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase expediently and correctly.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed by 3pm AEST will be processed that day, excluding weekends and public holidays, and will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment verification, pending stock availability. Orders placed after 3PM AEST will be processed the following day and shipped accordingly. Orders placed after 3PM AEST on Fridays will be processed the following business day
