Returns Policy
At Tully Lou we hope you love your purchases but we understand you may need to exchange items or return your order. We offer one free return or exchange label per order within Australia. For orders outside of Australia all returns and exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchange Shipping
For returns within Australia, all items must be returned back to us within days 30 days of your order date and 50 days for all international customers. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags attached. We only offer store credits or refunds for returned items. Refunds will be made to your original payment method and may take a few days to process. If you are wanting to exchange your items, you will be given a store credit which you will be able to use towards your next order.
In order to return or exchange an item follow these simple steps:

In the email please say if this is an exchange or return

The team will send you both a return label you can print off yourself and drop in any post office bin AND a QR code that you can show at your local post office and they will print the label off for you.

Once we've received the order we will make sure the item(s) are in a sellable condition and your will be notified of your refund.
Sale Items

Please choose carefully to avoid disappointment, if you have any questions regarding sizing please contact info@tullylou.com.au or see our size guide here. Any items returned outside the return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Tully Lou reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item in your initial communication
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process the return and issue a refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method and bank.
