Hi Guys, what’s up!?

Can you believe how close we are to the end of the year? Honestly, I have no idea where this one has gone. It’s been wild. New businesses, big Tully Lou decisions, and just an all-round year of growth.

I feel like I say this every single year “this was the biggest year of learning and growth”  but this year really was.

A few months ago, we had to sit down and take a hard look at where we were at with Tully Lou. We’re coming up to 13 years now (crazy, right?), and when I think back to how it started just a little yoga wear brand I built because I wanted something cool to wear to class, and honestly because I didn’t think I had many other options after finishing school in Year 10 — I can’t believe where we are today.

Yes, the market is completely saturated. Yes, prices are through the roof. But one thing I know is that our product is great quality it makes you feel confident, strong, and ready to move. And that’s why we keep doing what we do.

This past year has probably been our hardest yet. We got caught up in supply issues, limited variety, and focused a lot on our best-sellers our leggings. But next year, we’re going back to our roots: louder styles, more colour, more statement pieces that complement our core products.

I want to have fun with the brand again to stop fixating so much on the money and logistics (though, yes, that’s important!) and return to the why. What I’ve noticed is that we’re all starting to dress the same, and I think people are craving something new. We want to be unique again to express ourselves through what we wear.

We just got back from an incredible trip to China, visiting our factories, meeting the workers, and seeing new fabrics firsthand. It was so refreshing to reconnect with the process  it reminded me why I started this in the first place. And I have to say… we’ve got some really cool sh^t coming next year. I can’t wait to show you!
