75 DAYS
We are starting a 75 day community challenge. To grow, to strengthen our discipline, what's the difference between motivation and discipline? Motivation depends on a feeling, you only do something when you're motivated, discipline is doing something even though you don't necessarily feel like doing it, you do it anyways.

Sarah will be doing the traditional 75. No alcohol, follow a certain diet, 10 pages of a non-fiction book per day, 2 x 45 minute workouts in the day (one has to be outside), drink 3L of water. Tully a more gentle version. Design a 75 that you would like to do. Day 1 is Saturday January 27th.
