Our customers are always at the heart of everything we do at Tully Lou. Over the past few years, we noticed a significant influx of requests highlighting a common pain point in their activewear wardrobes, The frustration of leggings that lack functional pockets.
Now I would ignore these messages numerous times as from a designer of view I really dislike a pocket pant. Some pockets can make our bodies look different and I just couldn’t wrap my head around people putting their phones so close to their bodies for long periods of time ( was on a deep dive about radiation at that current time ) I know, I know you are probably thinking but I bet your phone is glued to you at all times. Yes, it is however I use an EMF button on my phone you can read more about them here or purchase some for your phone here. When I finally gave in after sooo many messages I designed the pocket to be bonded on instead of sewn on for a more invisible and streamline look and feel and then we started to sell the EMF buttons so we can have these on our phone when we are using the pockets. I am a mum now and I totally understand the need for a pocket. Apologies to anyone I ignored in the past. Trust me I get it now.
