When we talk about self-worth and confidence, we often picture the “after” shot - the moment a woman finally stands tall, knowing her value, wearing it like armour. But what we don’t often talk about is the in between - the slow, real, messy journey of getting there. That’s exactly why Ashlee Pasini is the perfect woman to help launch our new campaign, Strong Looks Like This.
Ash isn’t just one thing. She’s a mother of three, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend - and yes, she’s also Sarah’s sister-in-law and one of her closest friends. But beyond her titles and roles, Ash is a woman who has taken the long road back to herself. And in a world that constantly pulls women in a thousand directions, her story is one that so many of us will see ourselves in.
“I’ve learned that I am worthy of time, energy, and care just as I am.”
Ash shared that self-worth, for her, wasn’t something she always recognised. Like many women, she gave so much to others that her own needs slowly slipped down the list. But motherhood changed that - not in the way people expect, but in a deeper, more grounding way.
“I want my kids to see their mum doing everything possible to stay strong, healthy, and happy,” she says. “And I hope it’s something they’ll carry with them as they grow up.”
It’s powerful. Because what Ash is really saying is this: Self-worth isn’t selfish. It’s legacy. When we honour ourselves, we teach the next generation, especially our daughters, how to honour themselves too.
Our Strong Looks Like This campaign is about exactly this: reclaiming confidence, honouring self-worth, and choosing to do better every day. We’re spotlighting inspiring women who wear Tully Lou - not just for how they look in TL, but for how they feel in it.
Our infamous leggings don’t just hold bodies - they hold stories. And Ash’s story is one of resilience, self-discovery, and showing up even when it’s hard.
